Personable and professional. Christine was great! We didn't have our residency yet, but expected it any day. Unfortunately, we didn't get it until after the deadline. Christine was very responsive and served the seller and us well by letting us know that while there was an accepted offer contingent on the sale of the buyer's house, the seller had an escape clause if a better offer came along. So she encouraged us to keep the house in mind if we got our residency soon. We did and the rest is history!!

Jeff was professional and provided great advice/support throughout the sale process. Selling property can be very stressful but from the very beginning Jeff was very supportive,professional and ready to market the property when I was ready. Tenants occupied the adjoiningflat and I was pleased at the consideration he had to them in relation to access to the flat and tothe security of their property. Open homes were conducted in a professional manner and on myreturn he provided feedback from all that viewed. We had many discussions around the methodof sale during a time that the property market was going through change. He was reassuring andfollowed up with people who previously viewed the property and arranged extra viewings when Iasked for them. Jeff went the extra mile in negotiating a contract. Jeff was available to be presentwhen the Purchasers had a property report prepared and valuation. No issues were raised fromthose reports. At all times during the open homes we had good feedback, with the exception ofstorage boxes in the garage, and I understand that the comments were that the presentation wasgreat and many people spent the whole hour viewing the property. With my elderly parents, children andworking from home the last week we were able to move from the property and leave it in atidy state for the Purchasers. Jeff advised that the Purchasers thought that lights, plugs didn’twork but it appears the Purchasers were not aware of the switch locations and I agreed to show them these.The settlement was completed in accordance with the contract and I appreciate all that Jeff did inmaking this process run smoothly.
