Amy has been fantastic working with an injured teenage gymnast. She gave us great helpful advice, support and reassurance. Nervous teenager felt really comfortable being treated here.

Visited the Dominion road clinic on 31 Dec. My neck was all locked up after my gym session and to top it, I slept on my tummy that night which aggrevated the injury making my neck immobile. My appointment was with Josh. He is super friendly and easy to talk to. More than his comforting qualities, Josh knows his stuff. He straight away picked up the issue and explained why it happened.He started with acupuncture around my lower neck followed by a deep tissue massage. Explaining the process and body science on the way. No jokes- my neck mobility improved by 50% in 5 minutes. Right now while I type, on 2 Jan 2020; my mobility has improved to say 80% and reduced pain. I may or may not require a 2nd session. However, highly recommend the clinic and big thumbs up to Josh. Thank you for making my NYE pain free. And thanks Amy for accommodating the appointment on a short notice.

Pat and Amy are amazing!I was recommended Physio Impact by a friend of mine. On my first visit Pat immediately identified my injury and the cause of my pain without me giving him any information. This really impressed me as it showed me he knew his stuff!After a couple months of treatment my injury has made a full recovery. Amy wasn't my physio but was very friendly every time I came. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends.Thanks for everything, you guys are awesome!

Not satisfied with the response I got from the physio guy today when I asked him about why they are charging $35.00 whereas other physios are charging $20-15 .He just bluntly told me to go to others instead. Quite shocked and disappointed but then realized everything is becoming profit gainingNowadays. I wish all the best for them and hope he will change his attitude soon.
