Fast, efficient service but would not recommend compression towel (10pack) due to material quality, very disappointing, stitching has already come undone after first wash! Have purchased this product before from BG and there is no comparison.

My go to store for nail supplies! If you live in Auckland, highly recommend popping in store to have a look around. Lovely staff :)

** I have attached my call log proving I called twice at 9:12am and 2:36pm. The second call was the call I rearranged the collection time and offered to pay which I was told was not necessary.Very disappointed!! Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order over the phone and was told there were two gel polish available to be placed on hold. I rang again in the afternoon as I couldn't make it on the day and wanted to pay over the phone before picking up the products to ensure they were reserved but was told I didn't have too and they are reserving the products for me. I insisted over the phone but kept on getting reassured the products would be placed to one side.Today I went to pick them up and was told there was only one available as they cant reserve the products for me without payment. The one they had avaliable was collected off of the shelf so I was probably lucky that no one had purchased this prior.I have purchased a lot from beauty gallery in the past through my business and it was not like I was a new account. As a wholesaler they are aware this can significantly impact their customers but seem to not care or respect their customers.

I came across this company via web surfing for nail products. I called ahead to make initial enquiries, spoke to Alex who was accomodating and friendly. I then made my way to their store and was really happy with my shopping experience. They had a good selection for the particular product I was after and I found their pricing cost competitive in comparison to the previous place I used to go to and other suppliers I've looked at online. In the store I was assisted by Allie who was also friendly and helped me with a few other items I ended up enquiring about while I was there. Needless to say, I went in for 1 item and walked out with a bag full of items. (oops but sorry not sorry! Lol) I will definately be a returning customer! Thank you Beauty Gallery and Team.

Smooth purchasing process, really impressive communication and super fast tracked delivery. I purchased the empty nail bottles for my DIY cuticle oil. Product is good quality and as described. The glass bottles were packed really well in bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition. Nice!
