Gateway Storage Units Silverdale & Whangaparaoa

Thank you Gateway Storage for a wonderful facility to store all of our items for our Christmas Shoebox Appeal. It was nice to have a clean, dry area and the trolleys to transfer our donated goods.Hopefully we will be back again at the end of this year. We stored most of our furniture and household goods with Gateway Storage for about 7 weeks. We felt very secure in the knowledge that our belongings were safe as Graham and Kerry seem to have a very comprehensive security system in place. On the few occasions we needed to access our storage unit after business hours, we had no problem getting in with our keycard. Kerry and Graham were both very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Gateway Storage to others.

I have used Gateway Storage in Silverdale from 2016. I ran a Print Management Company, including hi value promotional items that required security storage. This was vital to my business as previously items went missing and I was responsible for our clients stock, any damage or loss was at my cost.I worked from home in Orewa so the proximity of Gateway was ideal. I selected Gateway as they were a family business well run, undertook superior security processes, access was 7 days a week between 6-00am to 10-00pm that suited me for urgent despatches at a time convenient to me. The premises were always clean and provided a variety of trolleys to assist their clients. When arriving your specific key automatically removed the security and on departing engaged the security.I enjoyed the benefits of using an establishment that provided personal service through the owners of the business rather than a national company with a local Manager. Graham & Kerry Law were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was any trouble to them.I have retired and moved out of Auckland, but would recommend Gateway to any prospective person.

I rented a unit at Gateway Storage for about 15 months. They are good to deal with and would recommend them without hesitation. The unit was dry and with good access.

My removal company recommended Gateway Storage so I stored a variety of household items there over 14 months.Everything, including soft furnishings, returned home in good condition.The complex is well managed and maintained. Acess is easy, security is good and the owners communicate well with their customers.Gateway Storage is handy to the motorway ramps at Silverdale, so is ideally placed if you are travelling north or south.

I've had my personal items in storage for approx. 4 years with Gateway while I lived abroad. I've always found the owners to be very helpful and easy to communicate with. They provide trolleys to help transport the items through the storage. I have a lot of textiles and even after such a long time, none have any mould or damp problems. The place is well lit, has a huge elevator, ample parking space and toilet facilities too. I highly recommend using this company.

We have used Gateway Storage for more than two years since we first moved into the district. It is well run and I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.
