I think it really depends on who you get. This time around I've found the care I've had is way better than it was during covid.

I am very disappointed with the lack of support and service they offer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has mental health issues.

I don't recommend this place to anyone else. Because the staff there never never listen to you. They forced you to do something. Don't respect to you at all. This kind of doctor, to be honestly, is very rude to the people. They give me the medication made you dizzy and lose your consciousness, and this situation happens for years, make me can't go to normal life. How come they will still be there...

Probably depends on who you get. Would not recommend for any LGBT+ people. They were never on time, never answered calls and made me work around their schedule. Tried putting me on questionable medications without explaining what they are for and why I have to take them (I refused of course… coma as a side effect no thanks). They suggested me to bring my parents to one session because I was afraid to come out to them and the “health professional” I was working with started heavily misgendering me in front of my parents. Needless to say you can call me an orphan now.

I felt harassed and pressured to answer calls and work around their work schedule. There was no consideration to my needs and schedule which added more stress and anxiety to my life. Lack of empathy for a mental health service and staff seem to have a condescending tone of voice on their calls. This could very well be what makes or breaks a person with mental health struggles and I think some serious changes on how to treat those in need should be implemented immediately
