Called up to ask if they were busy, said morning was booked out but afternoon free. Asked if I could drop car off in afternoon to have wheels swapped over, all of a sudden changed his tone said they were busy now and couldn’t do it as it’s a “pretty big job”Don’t understand how hard it is for a specialist tyre shop to take current wheels off a vehicle and put new rims that are already fitted with tyres, back on…its literally a quick swapLuckily I was able to borrow mates jack and stands and use his garage…took me 25mins to do…LOL…it was a “pretty big job” for me to do with basic tools and limited space hahaWould give zero stars if I could!!

Rob the owner was extremely professional. Even took the time to make sure the torque peessure was set when putting the wheels back on the car. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going to be my local when i need their services.

Friendly service from Rob. Completed the wheel alignment in the time he said (nothing worse than when the actual time is more than the stated time). Rob informed me of preventative measures for longevity of my tyres. Even able to give me coffee recommendations! End of the day, I’m a happy customer.

Had a tyre puncture over the weekend and showed up to the shop over lunchtime with no appointment. The gentleman (sorry didn't catch his name) didn't tell me to book a time or come back later, just simply got the job done. Price was also cheaper than I expected, thank you!
