Auto Gravity

Took my BMW in to get the radio/maps rerogrammed. All works well except they have managed to scratch the plastic on my centre console. Was told that they dont put items on the centre console as the work they perform is only on the odbc port. The operator said he only puts the laptop on his legs. The scratches werent there before the vehicle was taken in and it looks like something has been placed / rubbed and left scratches. While I was there picking my vehicle up another guy dragged some metal prongs from a battery device across the front guard and then across the door of a very nice Audi while trying to get into the drivers door. Seems some more care needs to be taken on customer cars. I brought my vehicle along to get my radio repgrammed. Not for it to have scratches or be treated poorly. Would not recommend based on this as I am now left with the scratches and paid them money for doing so.

Fantastic experience after I turned up unannounced one morning. Very friendly and happy to help with fixing my BMW navigation after my DIY Japan to NZ conversion. All sorted by the end of the day. Definitely recommended!

Outstanding service from Kyo and team. Install of apple CarPlay on my old tech car has bought it up to current models. Service was perfect the team even went above and beyond to install power to my radar while the dash was open at no extra cost.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable ! Anna was very good in explaining various options available for my M3 E90 and Adams did a perfect 10 job on performing the upgrade. Navigation systems, Radio conversion and DVD in motion all done within a couple of hours - at a very reasonable price too. Thanks - I know where to go in future. For me Auto Gravity is the very best value and service in NZ for complicated European car electronics. When you want to maintain original factory specifications, I highly recommend for a perfect repair or installation.
