I got the bed on black Friday Day sale, the officer from Glenfield mall branch is so helpful and the delivery guy is also really helpful, letting me know the base and headboard is too big for my house stairs, so I got lucky to change it with bed frame at same price. The guys assembled the bed for me nicely.Good communication!Good service!The bed is so good.Extra firm, nice for my back.

Excellent customer service, and an even better bed.Me and my partner recently moved in together. She recieved the bed whilst I was working. Told me the drivers were some of the kindest ever.Bed was delivered on the exact day we requested as well which was a huge bonus considering otherwise we would of had nothing, not even a couch.All in all, if our new lovely queen bed somehow broke, would come back here again 10/10.

I would like to firstly thank the sales girl in Dominion road Helen (can’t remember her name) She explained so well all the features & benefits which made me purchase. Thanks to Meet for helping me at the Glenfield store and arranging my delivery. Lovely swift service and mattress is very comfortable. Thank you also to the Delivery guys for dropping it off perfectly.

This was my second purchase from the store. Sales/Customer service is excellent, always advising on the best value buy. The product is great and no complaints after 1st purchase 2 years ago. The delivery team is helpful and friendly. They also offer to get rid of the old unit at a very reasonable price.
