I feel disappointed in this shop. I paid a premium price for one of their products, only to be told a few days later, when I came back with a question, that it was an end-of-line product they no longer supported. [I went into the shop and requested a particular type of product - it wasn't from a clearance table.]

My new favourite kitchen shop. An amazing range of glasses and cutlery. Went back a second time after our toaster went toast on us. The young lad had great product knowledge and now we have a super duper toaster. Highly recommend.

Top quality kitchenware with incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Best customer service I've experienced.Never pushy, only offer genuine advice. Listen to what I want to achieve and recommend appropriate products.When the items I've been after have not been in stock, they've ordered from overseas, appreciate this as I always like to buy from a reputable store if possible!

Be very careful of this company. It is the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. I placed and paid for and order on 8 February 2022 and on 28 March 2022, it has still not been delivered. No direct contact from them - I have rung twice but have been given excuses and half truths.
