Para Rubber Whangarei

I bought a premium mattress and it's so hard that my partner and i wake up with sore bodies. I went to let them know and a staff member with a pride attitude didn't even recognise the problem.

Para Rubber has been good for floor & other surface coverings but they have an extensive collection of cables, connectors & other electrical bits being a Jaycar stockist as well.

Really helpful, went over and above for us.

I have deliberately made an effort to shop at this store, even though they charge top dollar, because I like to try and support local businesses.Over the past five years, while I have been building a boat, I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this store. To day I took back four, 5 litre jerricans I had bought from them, which leaked. First of all the manager didn't believe me and went to test for himself. Secondly, when he found that they did leak, he told me that they are meant to be stored upright. Finally, he wouldn't change them without my producing a receipt, even though they still had the stocking code and price on the lid.I said I thought this was poor customer service. He shrugged his shoulders. I went to Mitre 10 for the items I had intended to buy there, today, and have no intention of returning to this store again.Obviously this business simply does not care.about return custom.

Went to inquire about mattresses today, initial customer service lady was friendly and showed us few options. Requested to lay on a mattress ( plastic wrapped) and try before we purchased with another male staff who advised that we couldn't as it wasn't hygienic as per his boss or other manager. Seriously!, Looks like all that matters for you lot are easy customers who just talk with their wallets? Why would i purchase a mattress basing the feel through just my fingers? How would we spoil a mattress which was fully covered in plastic. Pathetic excuse for a business!!

It's more expensive than other places in all the things they sell. It was cheaper buying a mattress in the warehouse than buying a mattress or the foam here. A little weird..
