Mainfreight Transport

My local driver in Liwer Hutt is the best. Its a pity he and the entire company are let down by Otahuhu staff who don't correctly scan jobs in, don't read instructions and simply don't do their job. Shame.

Awesome place runs like clockwork on time every time,, saw some great team work among all levels of employees,,,or should I say stake holders as everyone had an awesome sense of belonging.

They installed a washing machine and turned the fridge off, spoiled our food and take no responsibility for it. Absolutely disgraceful

Helpful receptionist, who made it super easy for a simple guy like me to just rock up to the depo with my oversized freight and have it shipped down the line , all this , while still juggling the phones and likely dealing with other simple folk ,cracking a joke , smiling, laughing and making me feel like my one off freight was just as important as anyone else ! Cheers mate , I’ll definitely use this company moving forward

This company does not deserve even 1 star, I've never experienced a company with service as bad as I have just experienced.My freight has been lost with next to no compensation, quotes never get done on timely bases, point of contact is non existent, local freight rates more than double compared to other carriers, and when challenged they closed your account...I've never had any manager contact me, try and retain my account, I've had some bad experiences in my life but mainfreight takes the cake when it comes to poor customer service,Save yoir trouble and rather use a freight forwarding company that cares.

Brand new tool box securely packed, when I received it tool box broken and tools missing. Very irresponsible company, promised a time to delivery and never came, had to call over 3 times, and nobody will take this case had to wait and wait over the transferring calls. DEFINITELY would not choose this company ever again!!

Bloody amazing delivery speed. I brought a stone alone stove/oven from auckland on the Friday and it was delivered to my doorstep in Dunedin Green Island on the Monday I couldn't believe it and it only cost $129 for delivery. The company I brought it from said that it could take up to 10 days yeah right! Well done mainfreight you guys are feken wizards.

They think taxation is theft but are happy to wear the roads down with their giant trucks and steal their employees labour value by underpaying them. Life is not fair

Promise they will get done what you ask and don’t, all I asked for was to pick up my order and the first time the security guard forgot they where doing delivery so he didn’t let me in and the second time they forgot to put a pick up sticker on when the had told me less then 3 hours ago it’s ready for pick up will never be using Mainfreight again
