HRV Nelson

I've been using HRV since I had my system initially fitted over 12 years ago. It's been brilliant and made a HUGE difference to the heating bills in my old villa. The massive roof space super heats in the sun and I can light my fire several hours later than my neighbours on a sunny winter's day. It makes a big difference to condensation too - no more drippy windows even with big sash windows. In the summer it also keeps the air fresh and clean and I've used their service of replacing the filters regularly. The work people are always friendly, polite and cheerful and ON TIME! which is so good. They even call through and let you know if they're running late which is hardly ever. The staff are very helpful and great at responding to questions and passing messages onto others who can help. I recently just arranged to upgrade to a new system, and they have been super helpful the whole way through. Can't fault them, awesome team and nice people. Thanks

Highly recommend HRV. We purchased the HRV system for 3 bedroom two storey house and an excavator van for the bathroom as well. Everything was professional, fast and efficient starting from first enquiry. We had Adrian from the Nelson HRV office come out to us and explain us the system in detail. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The pre- install inspection and actual installation went smooth, again done professionally by the two HRV team members attending and in a timely manner. We are happy with the product, noticed a difference straight away, air inside the house is dry now whilst before we struggled with dampness and condensation. Excellent experience to date.

service man Evan was very pleasant, thorough and informative. He explained what he was doing and showed us what the filters were like that he replaced. Also assured us that the insulation pipes etc in out ceiling looked in good order and no sign of any ants cockroaches etc which was helpful as we are unable to get up into the ceiling ourselves .

We had a very positive experience with Brian and the team.Although we got quotations from other suppliers, we decided on HRV due to the relationship Brian developed with us, we trust him and he was much more responsive than anyone else we dealt with at other companies.Steve and the installation team were incredible too. They originally booked two days with us, but completed all work in one day, which was great. They were very respectful in our house, kept everything tidy and I appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves too. Vortex extractor fan install x2.Arranged through Bryan in the Nelson office. Quick friendly service. The appointment was arranged for 4pm on the appointed day. I got a call from Mike about 11am explaining they were running early, could they do it now? Yes that was fine with me. Met Mike at my house 10 mins later and he installed the units with his assistant. When I returned home after work it was as though they had never been. Clean, tidy workmanship and the installation certificate, certifying electrical work by qualified electrician provided. The fans work very well thank you. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've installed a HRV system in a house I've owned. It works brilliantly to combat crying" windows and excess moisture during winter. Our current house is only 5 years old and built air tight

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. From the the first call to make an enquiry to the installation the experience was first class. Not having used a HRV system before I was a little sceptical that is would solve our condensation problem in our new home. After the first night after the install we had zero condensation (wow). We live in a brand new home that is very well insulated but during the winter months we would wake up to the windows covered in condensate. This is now a thing of the past and I now wonder why all new homes aren't fitted with a HRV system to solve this issue???? Big shout out to Shaz who dealt with my initial enquiry and Mike and the install team who were very professional throughout. Highly recommend :-)
