For the dummies who call them nurses none of them are nurses they are all qualified phlebotomists so just because of your diet and your smoking and booze intake don't blame the girls.

I've been doing my blood test here for some quite some time now and have always had a good experience.Best time to come is early in the morning to avoid long queues. It's located in a central place in Manurewa hence the volume of people gets higher throughout the day.

Thank you staff for working on Saturday! Took my mother for her blood test and it was quick and easy process for us. My mother took off the bandaid after 15 minutes as instructed and no bruising or pain what so ever.

I have gone three times in the mornings (between 7-7.30) and never had to wait overly long. Once I was served as soon as I went up to the counter!I have also been to the Māngere Lab Tests a few times and this one seems much less busy.Friendly staff too!

The lady who wore glasses was excellent and talked to me before I did my blood test. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was really good! I also felt no pain. I highly recommend her to anyone who has a fear of needles/ blood as I did in the past.

I went for my blood test here. Because I was fasting. She said she couldn't find my vein. So she did a superficial insicion. And damn that hurt. Not only that. My hand started to bruise and I had the bruise for a week. It was quite scary. Because I'm always scared of needles. This just put me off.

Pretty disappointed. Was told by Labtests Takanini that these guys could do it. Come here and they said they yes waited in line for an hour and get told no one in the building is trained to do the urine test. What's the point??? Staff were nice but they need to train their staff so at least one is on when needed

Today went to drop a specimen to manurewa lab test. The Web site and notice says it closes at 12pm on Saturdays but the doors were closed and a CLOSED" sign hanging well before 12pm.LAB TEST SHOULD LOOK AT THE TIMING OF OPENING AND CLOSING"

Very poor service and facilities.. at least have a couch so the Pregnant ladies can relax while waiting for 2 hours.. and please get your staff trained

The nurse who took blood samples from me was so good, informative and compassionate that I didn't even feel her taking the samples.(And I'm a sooky about needles.)
