Great service, yes, with a genuine smile. Thank you for that. Quick service, we had chicken wings, a bit sweeter than what we're used to. Then the fish tasted fresh, not too much batter. A steak is exactly done to my specifications. All very good.

Everything tasted great except for the coleslaw. Other than that all our orders were perfect: the seafood platter, fish and chips, parmesan lemon and herb fish, pork belly, chicken fettuccini, and pork bbq spare ribs.The food was served in just the right amount of time you'd expect. The place was lovely and they have a fireplace which helped warm the place and also added to the nice ambience. The staff were friendly. All in all, we had a great first experience at the restaurant.

Nice interior, calm atmosphere. Was relatively quiet the Sunday night we went.Had half rack of ribs with salad and fries, nice sticky ribs , decent size meal, took leftovers hime as there was plenty.Highly recommend the lamb cutlet entree, was very tasty.

WOW! My partner and I celebrated our Engagement Party here where they hosted about 80-90 of us. We had the whole outdoor enclosed area to ourselves with the fire going, heaters on and beautiful fairy lights. The atmosphere here is just the best. I will continue to host all events/parties/dinners here from now on. The service was exceptional and everyone who celebrated the night with us has raved about the venue, the food, the service, the whole lot. We are so incredibly grateful to have had Vicki and her team help us out. Thank you Charleston's for the best night!! Samii and Blake xx

Huge shout out to the amazing team at Charleston's Pukekohe! First time was last week and the service and atmosphere was fantastic. Decided to have our daughter's birthday dinner there tonight and absolutely loved the service. Staff are so welcoming! Thank you for ending our night with the surprise birthday dessert, so thoughtful. (Thank you Peta)

We booked a table for 6 on a long weekend, had a nice spot with plenty of room for everyone.Quite a few worthy options to choose from we had a couple and shared amongst everyone. Nobody complained about their food apart from how full their stomach's were.Only downside for me was the lighting was a little too bright, could dim down to create more of an atmosphere.I know that fellow diner's have since been back for another meal, as we shall as well.

Had an absolutely wonderful meal here on Saturday Night. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious.Thanks especially to Vicki our server who was amazing and so lovely and compliments to the chef and team as well! We will certainly be coming back.

everything was great - I had the scotch steak special, my wife the hamburger followed by the famous Choc Bomb. Great food, service was personable and attentive. Recommend for good, reliable dinner out.
