Having decided for the first time in our lives to have new carpet laid throughout our house we were quite apprehensive as to the best way to do itThrough a friend , we were recommended to contact Kirk at Carpet Plus , who we were assured would handle all our requirementsWe visited the Carpet Plus showroom , where in our own time we were shown a number of tile and carpet options to viewEvery question was answered and it was obvious from the start that Carpet Plus is a service built companyEverything was completely taken care of from start to finish , including measuring our floor area , expert advice re products and tradesman provided to install the tiles and carpetWe were kept completely informed throughout the whole process , which made everything so much easier than we imagined it would beThe tradesmen turned up at the agreed time to lay the products and along with Carpet Plus were a pleasure to deal withJohn and Margaret Woolcott

Was quoted a good price by the lovely sales lady. Carpet/Tile layer arrived promptly on the day asking if I had 'the bars' as he only had the tiles.He was'nt even told what the quoted job was, had no idea what the job he was booked in to do!!Fancy not having all the equipment to complete the tile job. Asking me the customer if I had the equipment!!?? He was friendly enough he could only stay briefly and left my house a mess, tiles down carpet in disarray.I had taken the day off work to be told to re-book to have to job completed the following week! Needless to say I threw my toys out of the cot and after having to explain what the quote was I was given!?! As my sales lady was away on annual leave.The poor lady who took my call, managed to find a tech to come on that day and complete the job. A lovely carpet layer came out and saved the day. He was wonderful and friendly and did a fantastic job.Things got sorted in the end which I appreciate, but only cos I had turned into a horrid frustrated customer. Was a stressful day but in the end was great to have the job done. Looked awesome.I can only say you cant send a carpet/tile layer out to do a job without all the information and stock. That part absolutely blew my mind!

Job took a day longer than quoted, which put whole schedule behind by a day. Staff then left without vacuuming the house. After a query with Christchurch Office I was told that fine print" state that vacuuming not provided for. Poor transparency from this company. The consultant should have been upfront on what was included and what wasn’t. I wouldn't recommend this company due to poor customer service and time management."

We were very impressed with the carpet consultant who was prompt in organising the measurement and quote, and for his patience when we queried the colour and changed the installation date three times!The carpet layer was punctual and was polite and friendly, even to the point of asking if it was alright to have his radio on. That was nice.His work is impressive. It was very neat and the joins are almost invisible. A great tradesman. The house was also left very tidy.I would certainly recommend CarpetPlus.

Used Carpet Plus for a complete refresh of carpet and to replace tiled floors with wood planks (Vangogh). Excellent advice and guidance, installers for both types of flooring were excellent and did a superb job. The finished job exceeded our expectations by some way. Very impressed !

After they laid carpet went back to them for vinyl flooring. Prompt response and good prices.
