She is always available, does thorough checks before any new tenancy and gives great suggestions when needed.She looks after all my properties and I cannot rate her and The Rent shop high enough. Its been over a year we are with Rent Shop. We had quiet a lot going on during this one year. We were overseas after the boarder got open, had some unforsean work as part of property maintenance, shortage of workers and the recent cyclone. At every step of the way Kellyann was very proactive in informing us immidiately about the issue and quickly organise with the trades person to resolved the work at the earliest. Very fast and clear communication. I dealt with Kelvin Weir and his service was exceptional. Very friendly, thorough and felt very well looked after. He sent through the rental appraisal within a day of making contact with him along with other relevant information that was needed to know being a landlord. Great customer service and the offer at always being at hand if I needed anything further. Also they have a good handle at what your property is worth based on their expertise and information they have to compare with other properties within the same area.My friend recommended this company to me as they use them and also thought they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

Our property is well looked after and when we once felt that communication wasn't working well with one person, the senior back-up stepped in - good work, good team, good system!We would however like to see the online portal to be comprehensively usable, including being a storage for pictures. It's such a great facility, but a waste of time if only used for information that we receive in two other ways, anyway.
