I would 100% rate lower if it was possible. my property Valuation was an absolute mess. the valuer was so incompetent he couldn't measure a rectangle with a tape measure and managed to under measure by 20m2 on a 70m2 house. 4 months on and still no resolution despite my best efforts and that of my bank who booked the valuation.terrible work, terrible customer service and terrible ethics, you'd be better off using a crystal ball for a valuation.
