The staff were really friendly, the one with bright red hair was very nice and had great customer service skills. Also the mangaer in charge seemed to be making the work place fun for the stuff, this definitely seemed to make them work better. Would come again Thanks

The food isn't the best but it's better than many other fast food food places. Service wasn't the worst but could have been a bit better. Atmosphere was good because of the LEDs and interesting mural on the wall, it was cool.

The food was alright, about as good as taco bell gets.Halfway through my meal, a manager or supervisor of some sort, 'Callum', brought an employee out to the middle of the restaurant, sat them down and had a conversation about disciplinary action for being late.Telling an employee off for being late is fine, but taking them to the middle of the store in public view is incredibly embarrassing for the employee.Pulling them aside in the kitchen or out back is a much more reasonable way to do such things, Callum conducted himself very poorly.

Visited with family during the day, we came after lunch for a quick lunch before visiting Te Papa. The crunch wrap supreme was the favourite item on the menu and we tried the crunch wrap supreme box which also had the taco and fries. Frozen coke was fine, you can also add flavours. Free drink refills.

I was really excited to try this out. Waited a total of 50min from the time I lined up to the time I received my food. That I understand as there was a lot of hype and a big line. What was disappointing was the pathetic burrito I received. You can see how small it is from the picture, definitely not worth the price! The fillings were inconsistent throughout, only half of it actually had meat in it . It was super bland and the avocado in it tasted off. The chicken quesadilla was ok. The highlight was the loaded chips for sure. The restaurant itself was in a pretty filthy state, fair that they were super busy but it wouldn't take much to have someone wipe the tables and pick up rubbish every now and then. Will have to go back once the hype dies down to see if anything improves!

Food is average. Flavourless. The fries are good. Serving sizes are decent.Seating is limited, chairs/tables aren't clean.The vibe is casual and busy. The busyness causes it to be quite loud and noisy. Don't recommend to anyone with sensory issues.UPDATE: It took 20 minutes to get jalapeño bites (was the only thing I ordered). Everyone else seems to be having the same issue as I heard a woman say her parking was about to run out and she'd only ordered 1 meal. After she left the staff talked about her and laughed. Tables were all still dirty.

Do not recommend this branch! First bad experience of Wellington sadly. Dirty environment. Staff look unfriendly. Misled by picture of drink showing full size, charged $6.49, given 330ml small bottle. Asked to refund or exchange as not happy to pay this for single drink, staff x3 were rude, rolling eyes, refused to discuss, worst customer service ever experienced. One male prepping food had long greasy hair wearing no hairnet, flicking it around continually, very unhygenic. Food bland, nil dressing as ordered, cold, mostly unfresh lettuce, minimal meat, poorly presented. Dessert absolute disgrace, smear of nutella on a cold tortilla. Strongly unrecommend this branch!!!! Get new staff!!!

I was number 48 on a takeaway order. I came in while in a rush, and the store was busy. I went to order my food and noticed Simon at the counter was under pressure due to the busy nature of the day, however, he handled the situation with ease, and was able to put through my order while simultaneously handing out other orders and monitoring the restaurant. The fact that he able to make me feel valued as a customer, and serve me well while I was in a rush made the experience worth coming back for.
