TANK Hornby- Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

I bought an energy boost juice for $8, I was given the wrong drink so I asked for the right drink. It was remade, however I went to take a sip and saw it was full of dirt. Thank goodness it was a see through cup, I took off the lid and saw that the whole top layer of my drink was dirt. I took my drink back for a second time and they denied it was dirt, and would not refund my money. I believe the dirt was put in my drink out of spite for them making the wrong drink in the first place. I will never go to tank again and gave bought this up with head office.

Absolutely no customer service. 2 girls not even bothered to say anything when I went to order. The owner needs to teach these two basic etiquettes.

The smoothie was good. But terrible customer service. The girl was on her phone flicking through messages at the counter and asked me to wait until she was finished. She had her phone through the entire process and looked very unhappy to work there.

Asked staff for a sugar free drink for my son and was told banana smoothie would be sugar free. I watched them put 2 scoops of yoghurt ice cream in it. Yoghurt ice cream has roughly 24g of sugar per 100g of ice cream. Clearly staff aren’t trained on nutritional values!

Ordered salad and juice by Uber $49The salad could not be eaten, either the nuts or the corn were burnt which gave the whole salad a burnt taste. I phoned the store and spoke to the mgr who was rude and showed no customer service skills whatsoever. Four hours later I’m still waiting on my replacement to be sent . Worth noting I regularly purchase this salad from The Northlands Store and have never had this issue before and most importantly the staff are always friendly. DONT GO TO THE HUB unless you want to be disappointedOn a brighter note my juice was delicious

Atrocious customer service! One person waiting in front of us, she had not been served after 10 minutes. The 2 guys were just wandering around. At one point they looked at us, looked at each other and walked straight past, completely disinterested! I'm not sure they realise what their job is. We and others walked away in the end. Such a shame as usually love the smoothies but this has put is off completely.

Very poor customer service and misleading as well. Ordered three meal combos ( wrap+ smoothie). Requested the guy at the counter not to put ice in the smoothies. We were told by the chap that if we didn't want ice, we couldn't have the combo, would need to order separately. Apparently they need to make up" a large portion of the cup with ice and fill the remainder with the actual smoothie. We argued with him as we have bought the same combo from Tank outlets across the country and people were happy to accommodate our request. The guy said it was company policy and offered us to show the written policy as well. If this is the policy then shame on you Tank! Ripping off customers. The meal we finally got wasn't well made either.Nuff said

Only one person in the store probably due to bad management so a long wait. Other than that service was great.

I've attempted to order from here three times but have had to wait for too long to be served and left the line. I've watched other potential customers wait less time and do the same. Very short staffed and absolutely no sense of urgency. Assuming the owners aren't well received. Been craving a chicken ceaser from there for months but I've still not had one.

Extremely slow service, staff were dithery and slow.
