Northcity Caravans Piano Hill

Just got back from a weekend at Kai Iwi lakes in a rented caravan from Northcity Caravans. The whole experience was excellent, from the first inquiry, right through to dropping the caravan off.The staff are great and the caravan, even though old, functioned without a fault and was a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back again.

I find that there is not a bargain to be had nor competitively priced motorhomes, look around at everyone before committing.che k, check and check again.

What a positive experience buying our caravan was! This was all thanks to the duo at Northcity Caravans Piano Hill, Peter and Wendy. Peter was so welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable and honest about the caravans. Wendy knew exactly how to complete all the paperwork making this part quick but thorough. Both, Wendy and Peter, were so friendly and patient. Thank you - we are thrilled with our Gypsy Caravan!

Terrible service.. put in offer to purchase on Tuesday to collect Saturday (as we don’t live locally) and offer was accepted WONDERFUL! Only to then receive an email half an hr later saying “someone has offered an extra $500 which overrides yours, because no deposit was made, sorry” so I call - we can pay the full amount then and there if we were told a deposit was required? So we will pay the deposit to maintain our saleto which the owner responded “it’s too late, the other couple are here doing the paperwork so it’s gone”Me - So are you basically telling me too bad you miss out because your team didn’t communicate?Owner “yes”FYI Telling off your staff won’t get us a caravan.. accepting and confirming an offer in writing and the reneging, probably illegal? I’ll look into it.. money hungry **beeps**However, we then had a wonderful experience ELSEWHERE and will continue to advise of the terrible and most unprofessional experience I have EVER received.

Wendy and Peter will stop at nothing to get a blessed outcome for all who visit this wonderful business.After selling our beloved motorhome with them we feel part of the family.Thanks for everything
