First time coming to this lab tests and i must say it was the worse experience!! I would not recommend coming here, even if you need too travel that bit further. I have to get numerous blood test done, due to a health condition. I was in the area at the time as to why I went here.Did not catch the name of the lady who took my blood however she was rough and rude walked out still bleeding and a few hours later a big bruise formed. If i could it would be rated no stars.

Thought to add my two cents seeing as all the reviews were so poor. I have given a 5 star. They were quick and efficient and the woman who put the needle in was one of the best ever! found the vein and was super smooooth. what more can you ask for

I would give this place 0 stars. Got there at 11.45am (closing time was 12pm). The labtest lady let a person in front of me go through and then slammed the door in front of my face saying it's closed. Didn't even give me a chance to say anything and locked the door. It clearly says closing time at midday. Needed an urgent blood test after seeing the doctor. Worse experience ever. Such a rude lady with no manners. Would never go back. Do not recommend.

Since they couldn’t get the blood instead of making the baby comfortable they were again trying to finish off their job irrespective of baby’s condition and when I asked for a short time break till the baby calms down they further irritated by saying “ don’t come right before we close @ 4 PM”Never ever recommend this place to anyone.It feels like they had to undergo etiquette/basic manner’s training prior to get into this job !!!Absolutely disappointed!!

Amazing service with first come first serve basis and friendly staff.So professional in there job as especially i deal with guy name Irfan who took my blood sample was so experienced in needling.You can’t get any pain while that and its really helpful for those who have needle fobia.Highly recommended, five star to them.

My 93 year old mum had blood extracted out her hand. She was never told to NOT use the walking stick or to not use her right hand for the next one hour. Whilst she was waiting outside Lab Test for me to get the car, here she was bleeding from the location where the blood was taken. A passing-by lady noticed the pool of blood and raised alarm. I came in time to have her looked by a Lab Test staff. Pathetic that we were not told of the precaution my mum needed to take.

Terrible service, treating patients with such grumpy attitudes instead of patience and compassion. Why is the DHB or whomever is in charge does not train or even fire these people? Saba and Fanny should not be working there. They obviously are there simply for the paycheck as there is no pride and joy in their work. Trainees are undertrained and function without supervision. As a result, they are clueless when discussing lab test needs.

If I could, I would have given this place a 0" star rating. I had a lady to do my blood test by the name of Prinita or Pranita. It looked like this lady became a pathologist only because someone forced her to choose this profession. She had no empathy and no customer service skills. Extremely rude. And the way she did my blood
