I saw John Seymour at his private practise many years ago for my shoulder, I had to see quiet a few physiotherapists but John was by far the best. He really knows the body well and always gets to the bottom of your pain. He is really practical, giving excersises that really work for you as an individual. I HIGHLY recommend him. I was delighted to be able to locate him again at Motus for my son's back pain and once again we were not disappointed. Lovely man and EXCELLENT physio. The practise had lovely friendly reception staff. I have a mask exemption and no one hassled me regarding my maskless face. Thank-you!
