I’ve tried numerous times to call and make contact with this clinic…no answer no reply! I’ll go elsewhere with my business.

Wish we had more dermatologist in Hamilton. Waiting period is min 3months. And even if you get to your appointment on time, you still have to wait min 30min.

My experience with Ms Hill was not good.Quite cavalier in her approach.Unfortunately, this approach left with a treatment injury with permanent damage to the skin on my face.I was however incredibly grateful for the nurse stepping in who expedited my concerns.

It was by word of mouth that I happened to hear about Dr Stuart McNicoll. I had been pondering for years about getting a Breast Reduction and I am so happy that I have finally done it.  I can not speak highly enough of Dr Stuart McNicoll he has literally changed my life. I found him to be extremely professional but yet very calm to the extent that all my anxiousness was non existant leading up to surgery. Post Surgery was great, the nurses were absolutely amazing and I had very little pain. Communication was awesome I knew exactly what to expect and when I needed reassurance a few weeks after surgery I was seen immediately with no hesitation. I would 100% recommend Dr Stuart McNicoll and the Team at Tristram Clinic.

I have been a client here for different specialty services and have always found the front reception staff down to practice nurses, surgeons, anaesthetic Doctors to be top quality, I recommend the services here to my friends and family and use the professional service myself

Waited for 40 min in waiting room for my turn. She didnt apologize for the delay instead she spent less than 5 min with me explaining I need to change my cream.So disappointed with her and the clinic.

Really underwhelmed with my experience here. Very detached and complacent attitude from staff, right from reception to clinic. I underwent a vein removal procedure which didn't produce the desired outcome and the doctor's reaction was just vague surprise. No real commitment to client satisfaction. I was kept waiting for every appointment, up to an hour or more and sensed they had forgotten I was even supposed to be there. I would encourage people to do their research and look elsewhere if possible.

I saw Dr Stuart McNicoll for an abdominoplasty/tummy tuck and could not be happier. All the staff are lovely and the care is amazing. Highly recommended :-)

Waited for 1 month and paid $400 for 10mins consultancy . Hill she's quite cavalier in her speach without focus on my case. Talking about nothing useful info . Super not recommend this place for patients . I know there is only one dermotologist clinnic in hamilton . But i would rather try Auckland . For better treaments .

Waited for months to see dermatologist Dr Hill. She was very nonchalant and looked at my troubled scalp that I have been struggling with for years for all of 5 seconds and displayed a cavalier attitude towards it saying it's not that bad and gave me anti-fungal pills to try and see how it goes". Of course those pills did nothing. Spent over $200 for 10 minutes of nothingness. Absolute disgrace on service. Never going back. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."
