Love the shoes here, only thing that sticks out is the grumpy team member possibly supervisor or manager. Have been 3 times and each time I've never seen a smile on her face and seems grumpy at girls serving at checkout. A smile goes a long way.

Layout is easy to read. Easy to move around always good prices on the right days. Clean tidy no shoes laying around from people making a mess when trying shoes on

Asked to get my purchase refunded on afterpay and they said there was another number registered to it. I showed them my afterpay and they still said I could not. I took it to hannas riccarton and they did it for me and I got my money back on afterpay. Maybe learn the system instead of turning your customers away. Because it was not my phone number they were looking at it was an order number.

It's not impressive that a shoe warehouse doesn't offer half-sizes, out of all retailers this the one place I'd expect to offer that. The owner's basically missing out on half the market out there, mate! Also the servers aren't that enthusiastic.

They've gone 'cashless' because of covid restrictions. Which is ridiculous, because cash is still legal tender. I believe it is illegal to refuse 'cash' as a form of payment.My daughter was given cash for Christmas and wanted to buy some boots with her money, but couldn't use it because of them being cashless. We were unaware of this while cueing up to make the purchase until getting to the till. My daughter felt embarrassed, she doesnt have a credit card she's only a child, it's very exclusive to people who are paying with cash. We would have left the store without the boots , but she really wanted them, so I had to use my own card and tuck into the savings. So inconvenient. You might aswell shop online if you can't use cash.

Wow got what I wanted. The same shoe as I had purchased 2 yrs ago were still there. Dirt cheap but very comfy. Did have to search but related I found them.

The branding and shop front look lame but the store is great, nice stock, good prices and well set up.

Great service. Wanted to purchase a pair of heels for a wedding in a couple of days but the clasp was broken and no more in my size. So one of the ladies at the counter fixed it for me! Good selection at reasonable prices
