Reply below... notice they didn't even finish the first sentence... thank your for your recent... recent what? Email? And none of my questions answered. Ignored our concerns, paid alot to be told to go home & do a phonics program (we had already tried) It was clear she was struggling with anxiety & dyslexia in front of them but since we homeschool it was looked at like our fault...

Rick Cheng, their OT, laughed at my son when he failed one of his tasks. Will never go there again.

This company seriously messed me around, wasted my time and were extremely disrespectful. I needed an appointment over two days and in order to ensure that we went elsewhere they said they could only provide an assessment over one day (this was in contrary to what had already been discussed, after providing them with much detail and after they had already delayed me from making an appointment). I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
