Professionail The Crossing is an awsome place to get nails done. Anna always surprises me with amazing designs and guides me towards what looks good. She then never fails to have my nails look unforgettable! The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable and the shop always is so tidy.

I’m never going somewhere else again, last nail place really messed up my acrylics. At professionail they fixed up my nails and recommended the best manicure to help them heal as well as still achieving the look i wanted. Lovely ladies, really customer focused… and talented!

The pedicure massage was lucky to last 3 or 4 minutes. My usual place was not open so I went here. I asked to have my pedicure done first, as I wanted to relax. They started doing my hands at the same time, and twice I asked them to do it after. Then with my French manicure, no base coat applied, tips done and only 1 coat over the tip. All this for $90, rip off. I came home and had to apply more top coats. Salon only had 2 other people in it, not busy . I won't be going back.

Really nice staff but they literally ripped off my old gel powder - my nails felt SO weak and terrible afterwards (rather than filing it off, which they said would take too long) - I mentioned they were feeling really weak after and she cut my nails so short to fix :/Then the SNS has lasted under 2 weeks and every nail has chipped. Would not recommend getting nails done here
