Awesome spot! Staff are awesome! Bubbly, friendly and helpful. Food is amazing! Fresh and flavourful! Nice selections of drinks! Cocktails sound delicious too!Venue itself is stunning!Definitely recommend Gina's!

The food was good but the service was shocking. It was fine at the start as the waitress with short, dark hair seated us and gave us menus shortly after. When she came back a few minutes later to take our order, we asked for one more minute to decide. But she did not come back till 20 minutes later. After we placed our order, we waited an hour for our truffle fries and another 20 minutes for our pasta. When our food finally arrived she did not say anything to address the long wait time. By the time we got our fries, the table next to us had gotten and finished their entrees, mains, and dessert. When we addressed the issue to another waitress when we were paying our bill, she was very apologetic and said she was going to take the fries off our bill which was very nice of her and we really appreciated it. But the waitress who served us yelled “NO!” across the restaurant as she over heard our conversation. However, the waitress still proceeded to take off the fries off our bill. Overall, good food, but the service makes all the difference in a dining experience.

Seriously yummy food! Me and my partner have been here 3 times now and will continue coming back. The service is exceptional and they focus on making sure the customer has a really happy and positive experience. Great energy. Especially the lovely waitress with the long dark hair!! Brings the positive vibes ❤️

I'm the type of person that only put review for something really good that give me deep impression. This restaurant, their food and staff worth taking my time and they deserved a good review. I was with my husband on Tuesday night. It was quite busy. I ordered pasta tagliatelle mare monti while my husband go for steak. As an enthusiastic food lover, the food here is exquisite! The scotch fillet is cooked to perfection, my husband really enjoyed it. The pasta tagliatelle was a delight to eat! It's the best Italian dish that I tasted so far. The highlight of my experience yesterday is none other than their special chocolate mousse! I think I'm addicted to its velvety - rich, luxurious flavour and its silky texture. It's light, airy and does not feel fatty at all. The look itself is appealing to the eyes, its an art!The orange flavour giving it a good twist that is to die for! It's a must have on your dessert list! I definitely recommend this place.

Food was incredible and came out very quickly! Service was amazing and very welcoming. Definitely will be going back! My partner and I loved the braised lamb penne pasta and mozzarella bread 10/10 recommend!!

The food is really good, and pretty reasonable for the price, but definitely not a cheap night out. The cocktails were unexpectedly nice and well priced. The area out the back is quite nice and it wasn’t too busy. Service is always lovely and the staff are really friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a workshop on a coaching seminar at Gina's Italian Kitchen in Mt Eden, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience and journey that exceeded all my expectations.The first thing that struck me was the restaurant's elegant and contemporary ambiance. The attention to detail of customer service standard was evident in every aspect, from the perfectly set tables to the comfortable seating arrangements that allowed for both privacy and social interaction.The menu at Gina's was created and tailored for the purpose of the afternoon. Each plate was presented meticulously to my friends who attended the workshop. The food was amazing, full of flavors, textures, and aroma, which are made harmoniously to match the palate.Thank you for such exceptional and excellent service and also for the outstanding quality of food for the afternoon.Hima.
