Rescheduled our original appointment 48 hrs before to one day later. We were offered either 10 or 11 am. We opted for 10, and we're told we were all set. When we arrived, we initially we told that they had no record of the rescheduled appointment. Then told that they did show it, but it was cancelled by someone at the spa; reason unknown. They were unwilling to call in a therapist to meet their obiligation. Would've rated zero, but, after we asked, they did let us soak for free. make an appointment at your own risk!

Booked 3 days in advance for 1hr treatment, telephone call day before to confirm which was great. Arrived for treatment to be told therapist was sick, and they had tried to call, no record of call. Offered free soak in the pools for which I already had as a pass, and would have received with treatment anyway. Sorry but when you plan your days around bookings this is really disappointing, would not recommend.

I booked a last minute 45 minute relaxation spa and was treated to Carolina. It was the best massage I had in awhile. The environment is calming and clean. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. Thank you for fitting me in!

Got a 30 minute mud facial. I was attended to by Charlotte. She was amazing! Getting the warm Rotorua mud on my face and neck was heavenly! Can’t wait to try a body treatment next time. Thanks so much!

I booked a couples massage with my sister yesterday, her massage was extremely good with her massager asking if the pressure was good and if she was hitting the problem spots. However my massager didnt ask and when i asked for the pressure to be increased she didn't. She ignored my problem areas and my spots were left untouched. I dont know if she was saving herself for a busy day as we were the first massages booked. My experience was extremely disappointing with what i would describe as a rub down rather than a massage.

Nice place to chill for 2-3 hours. I Googled hot springs and this place seems to be the best, and confirmed by the locals. The entrance is $24 for an adult, which is reasonable. You can rent a locker for $2 per 3 hrs usage.It’s a nice place for family, kids get to play some water slides, adults get to soak in natural mineral hot tubs. There are some water jets at the edges of the pool. The place is easily accessible. However, you have to walk down a 100-200m slope.It has a swim suit drying machine which you can use, and they provide water fountain to keep the guests hydrated.I was surprise that there is no shower facilities, and just provide a simple changing room for Male, and closed-door changing room for female. Feel weird not able to shower after the Hotsprings.
