Visited BrookeLane during the week to do a gin tasting and wine tasting with the owners Nicky and Ray. Really easy to book over the phone, and the experience was really special. You can see how passionate both Nicky and Ray are about their work, and doing a tasting in their Gin speakeasy was a really cool experience! Come out with a new found appreciation for gin. The wines were also very good and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend visiting.

The staff & setting were lovely & the wines very drinkable.As a group of 30 though, we were unceremoniously shoved into a tiny corner with one tiny table & about eight chairs.The food was really average & not much of it, despite being promised a feast. It was insulting to our organiser & to us to say the least.

We visited winery for the second time in two years and were amazed at how it had developed with its wines, Last Saturday events, Nicky’s art and new Gin line and lovely pond and casual seating areas. A real tribute to the hard work put in. And Thankyou for looking after us so we’ll Ray. It was great seeing you again. Absolutely sensational destination! You simply cannot visit Mangawhai and not go to Brooke Lane vineyard. In fact, just put it in your diary now. The wines are next level (Pinot Gris particularly) and the Tui Tui gin tasting was entertaining, educational and unique. I can’t wait to come back and join one of their last Saturday clubs….: but tickets sell out fast so book ahead for that. The accommodation we had was top class and we woke each morning with the most stunning view across the vineyard. This is simply a ‘must do’ destination ❤️

A fabulous boutique winery you have to visit! Set in tranquil surrounds you can't help love & want to explore. Visit for a wine tasting, see Nick's amazing Art Studio & even pop along to their Gin distillery! We have also attended their monthly music and fun event - The Last Saturday Club where Ray makes the best Pizzas! Truely, a spot on the map not to be missed!

We had our staff Xmas here. Gin tasting and wine tasting plus platters was the highlight of the day. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience tasting the delicious wines and brand new gin selection. Ray and Nicky were exceptional hosts who made us feel completely at home. Perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon. Top notch!
