Honestly one of the best salon expierences out there, a little gem tucked away! the team is super friendly and informative about the process and will always do their best to achieve your desired look, and they're completely honest about expectations and what they can do with your hair which is super appreciated. My colour has always turned out amazing and my first expierence here was getting black box dye stripped, which is notoriously difficult, but I left with my hair feeling soft and healthy, as well as with an awesome colour that made me feel good about myself again, the staff is so accommodating and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their hair refreshed or if you're after a new look! thank you team! It's not a haircut, it's a lovely experience. The girls are a lovely, welcoming team. I love the hairwash and scalp massage. I like how the stylists consult discuss what you like and want. Sarah does my hair. She always does an amazing job.

A beautiful way to send the afternoon!!Bit of a drive from the CBD but once I got there I was greeted with super friendly staff (which is sometimes optional closer to town).The salon was beautiful and my stylist was excellent.She had a fantastic knowledge of the product range the salon offered and used them accordingly and achieved excellent results for my hair and scalp.I can't recommend this salon and the staff highly enough.Will definitely be back again.

This was my first ever appointment at The Avenue. Alison was very professional and informative. We had a great conversation about what I wanted and how to achieve those results. She explained everything she was doing and why. She also gave me great advice on how to style my hair at home. I left feeling confident and very happy with my hair. I will definitely be going back!
