We moved out of our rental on the 12th of February and as of the 28th of March have not even received our bond refund form. We haven’t heard from them in two weeks. They are withholding close to 4K of bond from us. If we had not had $ saved to pay bond for our new flats we would be screwed not to mention the hours and hours of our time spent emailing them. This only scratches the surface but if you value your money and time stay far far away!

Landlords please stay well away from these property managers. I found the initial letting period to be confused and littered with incorrect communications. Do not expect to receive regular inspections on your property and then have information on final inspections withheld from you. Please note you are tied in for the length of the tenancy, I can expect to receive another 11 months of poor service.

Any problems or issues with the property he would solve them quickly. Now my new property manager, Elina Pripp, is very friendly and helpfull as well. Excellent service!!

Yesterday was really an unforgettable day. Moving to a new home should be the happiest day, but because the house has no electricity for half a year and no one lives, there is no power.I was told in the afternoon that I needed a COC certificate by an electrician from contact energy. But I tried to contact my property manager We couldn't get through long time, and I also sent message and email. My property manager never pick up the phone. We tried to contact for several hours and finally got in touch from the front desk. At the beginning, they think it was our problem. We didn't prepare in advance, so they think we should find an electrician to get COC certificate by ourselves. I was very upset when we no power.I tried to make them understand that we have baby and this property is very cold, cant open the air condition and we cant take shower. Later, they finally knew that the COC certificate should be prepared for us before we move in and they said that they could only arrange for us second day morning and said we told them too late. It's really a funny day. We already took note and specifically stated in our contract check that all electrical appliances were working before I moved in as first view there was no power. Before I signed the contract, They told me that they applied for short-term electricity and checked all electrical appliances, so I signed the contract with confidence. Now They tell me that they do not have the right to turn on the electricity, and they do not have a COC certificate, so I am very confused, did they follow the agreement?! That really funny, i am living in Thorndon that is two bedrooms house .How can you tell that I didn't rent house from you guys? are you deceiving everyone on Google now? The following is the follow-up, you can judge what I said, I did not expect that after there is no electricity, we will encounter no hot water for bathing for nearly a week. The reason is that the gas has been out for a long time and also needs a professional to report. In the end, although you dealt with it, and at the same time the landlord gave us one day's rent waiver, these things could not have happened. You have to deal with it before we moved in. We have never owed any rent, and try our best to be a good tenant. Even though you gave us the worst rental experience, we still deliver the rent on time. In the end we received a bill from the power company for the reconnection gas fee. After telling you, your attitude is still to shirk the responsibility. We paid the fee. You don't want to be responsible.
