Droped my mate off to check on his car,as he walked into the workshop Even yelled at him using expletive language, he carried on yelling,smashed somthing i could not see,stormed out and took off in a car at full revs.Great way to deal with customers.Highly recommened.....to advoid.

I got my car fixed by Evan today and was blown away by his professionalism, he was friendly, offered great advise and explained in English what was required to do the repair. I thought he was well priced compared to other quotes I got. I would definitely recommend Evan fix your car.

It's very difficult finding a good mechanic when your totally not mechanically minded. A mechanic who explains in my talk, what needs doing with your car.I just finished getting my truck serviced. Very efficient service,and a whole talk through on what he did. A once over test drive and mechanical check a quick one.This gives me an indication on what may need doing next time.I have finally found a good mechanic who I will entrust the maintenance of my vehicles.Great and competitive rates, but I don't mind paying for quality care.Thank you Evan from Buckley Autos on Lake Rd. Shout out, great service,honest well priced, goes out their way to get you back on the road. Have been taking personal car and our work vehicles there for a number of years.Highly recommend.Recently witnessed a customer act in an dangerous manner putting himself and workshop staff at risk. The customer entered a staff only designated area, unannounced and proceed to behave in an unwelcomed and unwarranted manner.Saftey in a workspace prevents accidents,and with COVID in the community could have impacted the business and staff and the customer.It's always best practice to pH ahead,confirm any details like time for collection etc,as quite often the person dropping of vehicle may not be the person who collects it.Customers are a valued part of any business ,however this does not entitle them to breach health or safety rules. Communication is also key, as second hand or incorrect information is stressful for everyone.

Amaaaaazing service!!! My car was making a disturbing noise and Evan was gracious enough to fit me in before a drive back to Wellington. I can't recommend highly enough for all your mechanical needs :)
