Yellow Umbrella did a presentation where I work. They went through some of the top traits of everyone and explained things nicely and in a memorable way, to the point that I now understand how to work with not only my coworkers, but also with my clients, leaning into my strengths, other's strengths, and how to use my strengths to work of things that may not be my favorite, but still needs to get done. I learned more about myself and those I work with. Highly recommend not only taking the quiz, but also the seminar to understand more in depth what each/most terms mean/apply to you personally.

I thought that the whole process was really good. The 5 x strengths weren't really a surprise to me when I first did the quiz, however going through it with Nickee helped me understand why I operate like I do, and gave a lot of context as well.

Recently had a one-on-one session with Josh from Yellow Umbrella and it was excellent! His expertise and knowledge of the subject matter were impressive, and his insights were invaluable. I recently did my first session with Josh over Skype as I live in Australia. I have done some Professional Development in the past with mixed results and was nonchalant coming into the session.After 20 mins of outlining what I wanted to get out of the session and some information about me Josh got to work. It was immediately clear that this was going to be different. We recently completed Strengths Coaching - Initial Top 5 x2 + Partnerships Strengths with Josh, as part of our personal growth journey. The outcome has provided us with a great set of tools and the foundations to keep building upon as we develop our personal & professional lives together. The initial part of the process left us feeling a little raw as it can go pretty deep if you let it but Josh made us feel safe to explore at that depth and the guidance he provided in helping us understand our unique individual strengths has already had a huge impact on our lives. Was an amazing Strengths workshop. Josh, Carla and Jules were great and had a wealth of knowledge. I learnt a ton about why I do the things I do and things that we spoke about really resonated with me.

We undertook a Clifton Strengths assessment with Josh as a part of a work directive. I wasn't sure what to expect when we took the test, but the results absolutely blew me and my colleagues away. The results were so on point it was almost scary! Finally, we could see why we do things the way we do, on paper. We then had a 1:1 session with Josh, where he was able to carefully guide us to unpack all of our top 5 strengths. It was an exciting, enjoyable experience where we learnt so much about ourselves and helped us understand why we work the way we do! Finally, we had a group session as a sales team that was invaluable. Our team got to hear from each person what their top 5 strengths were, and also understand what their needs were. Under the watchful eye of Josh, we were able to devise strategies that would help create a cohesive and efficient working environment that brought the best out of our individual strengths.Josh is such an empathic, kind, knowledgeable person who is really passionate about this space. He will guide you to think differently about your strengths, and support you to devise strategies that apply your strengths as best as possible, whilst also helping you understand any needs you may have.The Strengths assessment experience with Josh was absolutely transformative. I would recommend it to anyone in a personal or work context! Our team is looking forward to continuing on this team development journey with Josh and his team.

Josh from Yellow Umbrella was an absolute gem to work with.
