NZ & Aus king size beds are difference widths, 1.65 v 1.80m. Bed Bath & Table KNOW THIS but yet they still sell Aus fitted sheets in their NZ stores! Come on guys, sort it out! I managed to get a full refund even though sheets were removed from packaging & washed (as the label suggest for 1st time use). Also staff were nice, hence I’ll be kind enough to give 2 stars but STOP RIPPING KIWIS OFF & GET A PRODUCT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!!

Unfortunately this is the worst company I’ve ever tired to get information from.I’m waiting for a parcel that was sent from Auckland to Wellington about a month ago, I’ve sent emails and only get an auto response that says they are busy.No phone numbers are available to ring and when I rang a local store in Wellington I was told the on line shopping comes from Australia and they are really busy and it can take a 4 weeks.They couldn’t give me a phone number as they aren’t allowed.This is my 1st time shopping with this company and it will definitely be my last.Worst ever. Stay well clear of them.

Two elderly women were serving in the store this morning, me and my wife were the only customers in the store. We weren’t evenly acknowledged or made to feel welcome. Very rude. Will not be back.

It has taken 21 days to get my order tracking number. For eany one thinking off buy online, I don't recommend it as you will have to wait a long time to get your package and customer service isn't helpful. I recommend only buying in the store.
