Victoria Jessop - Marriage Celebrant

We decided to have an intimate family wedding on the banks of Lake Tarawera and contacted Vicki to discuss her availability to be our wedding celebrant. She was extremely approachable and friendly, and after some initial dialogue and some very helpful suggestions by email, we decided to meet with her in her home at Okere Falls to finalise things for our big day. My wife is not from New Zealand and we were both living in Hawkes Bay - some distance away form our chosen venue - and Vicki was very reassuring and understanding of this, and took care of all the arrangements with ease. We found her to be very easy going and personable while still maintaining a very professional approach, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Vicki for any future weddings. Victoria was a pleasure to work with she helped us organise our small wedding at her house in only 4 days. We couldn’t of picked a better celebrant!

Our wedding was a magical occasion! The ceremony was held at sunset in the pristine location of Okere Falls overlooking Lake Rotoiti from the deck of Victoria and Peter's home. Victoria was truly amazing and very beautifully delivered such an awesomely prepared ceremony and added an immense amount of value to it by conducting a very meaningful Hand Tying Ceremony as well as other very personalised and thoughtful touches. Stunning spots on the lake shore and Jetty for photo opportunities too! Space and words are so inadequate here to to give a review so deserving but wish to take this opportunity once again to thank Victoria and Peter!

We could not find a more perfect celebrant than Victoria. Our marriage includes a sand ceremony in which we are very grateful to do as we involve both our family. After our first meeting with Victoria we instantly knew that she's very passionate and loves her work. She made sure we were comfortable with everything. She also provides us with couples questionnaires in which helps her to know us even better and our relationship. By doing this, she was able to create an amazing storyline of us to tell on the day of the wedding. We can't thank you enough Victoria for everything.
