Quite an easy experience for getting a blood test. The entrance is by the hospital and there is another driveway that leads to parking spaces outside the lab. It was automated so you grab a card, scan it and then wait for it to get called. The phebotomist was friendly and nice even though they were really busy. There was about 8-10 people who were waiting while I was waiting so it des get busy.

Romila is the best phlebotomist I have ever encountered. She was so kind and efficient even with my difficult veins. Roma is also very friendly and kind. Great team of staff.

All staff are great and efficient. Andra took my bloods twice already and I could only say great things about her. She's gentle, friendly, and makes you feel at ease. I love coming here because of the staff. Waiting time is not too bad. It always depends on the time you arrive and how busy they are. 5/5 service and staff.

Romila at labtests Botany a true professional straight in to a very difficult vein to easily take my samples, something a nurse at the hospital had to use ultrasound to find. Highly recommend her services thanks Dave Allen.

At first, I had complications with sticking the needle into the vein and taking the blood out. When I asked for Romila to be involved, she got it done within 3 seconds. Thanks Romila for your efficient service and thank you for treating your customers with kindness.
