Maggie goes to daycare at the Papakowhai location and she also gets her groom there too. I am very happy with both services and highly recommend both Nick and Chelsea for grooming, especially if you have certain preferences for the look of your dog. They are very professional and always do a fantastic job. Maggie is very shy around people so it was surprising how quickly she warmed up to the team for day care and is a testiment to how great the team are at Paw Palace. She now runs down the driveway in the mornings almost pulling me over trying to get to the door to be let in to greet her new friends haha. Really appreciate the photo and video updates they send me too. Thanks a lot team I go away knowing that Maggie is in great hands!

Our puppy has the best time ever at Paw Palaces' daycare - he practically leaps out of the car to get inside. The staff are always super friendly and accomodating. We've already noticed our pup has better social skills after his time at Paw Palace. Thank you!

After searching and reviewing a lot of customer feed backs from other local groomers, we decided to give Nick from Paw Palace a shot. We were super nervous as this was Floyds first groom and we had heard some absolute horror stories about other local groomers. As soon as we arrived, Nick put me at ease, showed me some photos of his previous work, and he really listened to me and sensed my unease. Floyd is a labradoodle who had a massive coat that looked amazing, but he was so hot and needed attention. Two and a half hours later I returned to pick him up and he looked stunning, not only that his tail was wagging, but he seemed quiet at home. Our boy is now as handsome as ever.If your looking for a groomer you cant go past Nick at Paw Palace.Julie

Extremely disappointed with the service from Paw Palace, when fetching our child today I asked about the recent Kennel Cough and they said it was limited to just 2 dogs only and that Mimi is perfectly fine and in good health. Within 1 hr of bringing her home she has coughed more than 3 times and is permanently sleeping, goes to show how much the staff actually know about our children that we leave in their care. When I called to ask the staff member was not very empathetic towards the situation and now we have to incur additional costs. This is the second time we had to incur additional vet costs after leaving Mimi at Paw Palace previously. Not fair that we should be constantly faces with additional vet costs and no liability from Paw Palace

We've had our cavoodle Sunny groomed by Nick at Paw Palace twice now. Marie thinks that Nick is the dog groomer extraordinaire!! After both grooms Sunny has looked amazing and Marie believes that Sunny in his little doggy heart, that he feels proud to be seen out and about with his new do". They are like human beings after all."

I would not recommend this service. Nick is an amazing groomer and a very nice guy but the lack of professionalism from this company is very bad. Customer service is worse than zero. I fell over in the dark and unlit driveway and was injured. A staff member saw this and offered no assistance. She went back inside and closed the door and then disappeared through a back doorway of the salon. I was 6 minutes early for my grooming appointment and I was ignored. The outside doorbell was missing and I was left to wait in the dark driveway outside. I entered the salon 10 minutes later, opened the internal door and asked the staff member where the groomer was and she said she didn't know. 5 minutes later I asked again and she said his car was not here. I asked where the doorbell was and she simply said she had brought it inside. I had to ask for assistance with one dog as his collar had broken in the fall and I got little to no help. The staff member said she could 'text him (the groomer) I guess'. She left again and closed the internal door. After several more minutes, no communication and no further assistance I left. The follow up 'investigation' by the director confirmed all of the above as it was recorded on CCTV cameras. No apology was offered. They offered to rebook me IF I did not reduce my previous 5-star Google review. She was more concerned about that, than my experience.Interesting response. Not once did they apologise. They ignored the vast majority of problems or my injuries and then said that I said that Nick was the best groomer I had experienced. I never said that. He is a very good groomer. Not the best. This is a very bad company when it comes to customer service.

We took our 2 high energy pups in for their first day of daycare last week and they had an absolute blast! And came back exhausted (which was a nice change in our household).Staff were patient and helpful with my questions before drop off and provided me with a run down at the end of day.Fantastic service and will definitely be back!

Harry is our very anxious rescue cockapoo. Once again Harry has had a great experience getting his hair cut with Nick. The team are so good with Harry, pacing with him. It’s summer and I asked for a good cut and that’s what we got. A Harry dog now in the summer days…Thank you …

Dudley our Labradoodle had his first ever groom with Nick today. Mum was more nervous than Dudley but Nick did a great job with listening to what I wanted and executed Dudley’s cut perfectly!! So happy with how Dudley’s groom turned out and will be coming back to Nick again! Dudley went in very shaggy and came out looking like a brand new puppy! Thanks so much Nick!!
