Pretty good food but be careful of their wait time. On busy nights double the time they tell you on the phone.

First try was my Last try as a new neighbor in Torbay. I'm sure they got few customers because there is no takeaway shop around the area .the oil they used was really old and awful.Price was OK but compared with quality can't Mach.

What a hidden Gem! Really good fish and chips. Good friendly staff. Overall value for money too. I saw the clown giving these guys 1 star, what a boofhead. To be honest sometimes things don't go right and you write them off for the first time? Sad! Yummy. Great Food. Thank you so very much! Bouquets and accolades to this little shop in the back of nowhere! Keep up the good work.

Just brought some fish n chips today after the beach, and talk about what a disappointment spending $26 bucks for 6piece of fish, 3 potato fritters, 3hotdogs and 3chips. Worst fish n chips ever. So much batter on the fish and the fritters was like eating crust with no filling and as for the chips well that was OK at least it wasn't burnt. But as for the hawaillian burger I got for my sister, I rather buy that next time as that was more filling and so tasty she said.

A very nice shop. Clean and well presented. The staff were very good to deal with too. A nice selection of food on the menu to choose from. Would recommend Torbay Takeaways as being one of the best in the area. Will come again.

Torbay takeaways is impeccable. The chips have been perfect every visit for the last 10 years. Customer service is also spot on every time. Not only do they make great food, but the quality is consistently superb. The vegetarian burger is amazing! It is very rare for a small takeaway place to do vegetarian food, and Torbay takeaways do it incredibly well. The value for money is insane, $20 for a filling meal for two people? 1 scoop of chips is still a generous portion. The best things about the Torbay takeaway have not changed since I was a child.

Lovely chips best i have had for a while spring roll was average nothing to write home about pitty not homemade .Chips are pricey at 4.50
