Was charged a $ 100 for checking 1 computer that was slow. Taylormade suggested replacing the hard drive with an SSD. I figured out after going to another computer shop the HARDWARE COULD NOT BE REPLACED WITH AN SSD. rip off.ADD TO TAYLOR MADES REPLYyou mentioned the one computer needed an upgrade and you also mentioned that there you worked was the one we gave you as password for the other one didn't have a passport so you couldn't have checked it. the computer you did check you said a ssd drive should be installed which in fact after opening it myself and taking it to another dealer they confirmed my suspicions. Get your facts straight mate!

What a douchebag. Do not buy from these people believe me.I bought an Edimax gemini re11 from Tailor made and the damn thing aint working in first day and i asked nicely for refund. Tailor made didnt want to give me my refund back and asked me to contact directly to EDIMAX first. Also do not buy the Edimax brand ever, they never answer your call or care about their customers. Impossible to contact them, stick with ASUS brand.Back to Tailor made, this damn item is less than a week old, why the hell do they want me to contact Edimax to get it approved first. Why don’t the tailormade just give me the RMA number and they can deal directly with edimax not my fault on consumers side.I hope people read this review and don’t buy from Tailor made ever.
