Went in at 6.15pm to order a mocha only to be told by the barista that she had cleaned the coffee machine and would no longer be able to make one. Perhaps look at changing your closing time from 7pm to when it suits the barista?

Bought emergency cake straight from the shop. Staff were very friendly. Cake was absolutely amazing. Can't emphasise how delicious. Their cakes are maybe slightly more expensive than other 'chains' but trust me well worth it. They are beautifully presented.

Bought a cake for my son's birthday few weeks ago and guy promised me that fresh strawberry cake will only have strawberries inside, but it was full of canned peaches.I called him next day and he told me that store manager/owner will get back to me but no one contacted me.Recommend double checking ingredients if you are allergic to anything.

Nice and clean shop, with friendly service.Bought baby cream puffs which I found after eating that they aren't fresh. Like 2-3 days old, choux pastry isn't soft and cream is a bit dry. We used to buy these often from other shops and were usually nice and fresh.For $17 I'd have expected freshly made puffs.

Amazing mocha latte!!! Taste beyond my expectations! The only shortcoming is the expensive price, but I will also give them 5 stars for the good experience.

I had to check this new place out as a fan of gateauhouse. The had two different blends and I tried out the new one (forgot what it's called). Amazing coffee. Definitely coming back!
