Family Planning Clinic

After waiting long hours on the phone to book appointment in another 3 weeks. Arrived 1:58pm for a 1:50pm appointment and I was told appointment can no long hold cause I was 8mins late. No other available date until 1 month late. Horrible service after driving long travel and no car park. Had to park at Westcity mall to walk down.

After calling 3 times and being on the line for almost 45 minutes (each call) waiting for my call be answered,Finally someone picks up and I get to make an appointment for 3WEEKS LATER,3weeks later I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early to hear that the “DOCTOR” has gone for a holiday and she’s no where to be seen.I did not receive a call or a simple txt message to get notified.This is very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Amazing service at this clinic. Friendly staff and nurse makes you feel extremely comfortable, at ease and is informative and helpful. Great experience here

Lovely service from the staff members, however there is only 2 car parks available for visitors.... I had to use the Public Trust parking, and I know i was in the wrong for using their parking but I was only there for 10 minutes and I came out to a short haired woman on the phone with the towing company. I was polite and apologetic to the woman but she was really rude and threatening. Also - I believe it's illegal to charge $350 for towing, its under $200 at the moment?Please have more parking available Family Planning! No person should have to deal with this. If you're offering a service, have more parks to accommodate the visitors.

It was really informative. I went in to see someone to put my 17yr old daughter on contraception and decided on the rod after a real good chat about our options and what was available. The nurse that we spoke to gave us everything we needed to know and after we had decided, she gave us lots of information on what to watch out for. The staff in general were also great, I didn't feel out of place in the waiting room, their friendly manner made our visit less awkward. The costs for everything is also cheaper and more affordable. $25 is nothing to an unplanned teenage pregnancy. I recommend that all parents should go in for a consultation even if you think your daughter wont fall into that kind of situation, its always better safe then sorry and the team help make an awkward situation feel like your just visiting the local doctors for a normal check up.Thank you to the Henderson crew,

The fact that they can just cancel appointments on a whim is absolutely Terrible. A day before my appointment they sent me a text message cancelling it. This means that I have to re schedule for over 2 months from now and somehow explain to my workplace why my leave days keep changing.

Never had any issues until i had an appointment booked for today at 10:50. And when i made it there was a sign on the door saying the clinic is closed due to sewage problems. They couldn't even call up or text to let me know in advanced im let down. Very slack behaviour but what can you expect from a place that offers free services. Not much apparently.

Parking: quite convenient. There’s an outdoor parking area nearby on great north road which costs $4 for a whole day’s parking. 2 minutes’ walk to the clinic.Service: high quality. my appointment was on time. The nurse and the receptionists are nice and kind. I requested my test result to be sent to me via email and they followed up with me to make sure the email is sent to me.Suggestion: one thing the clinic could try to improve is to have an online booking system instead of calling. In this way, the complaints on long waiting time of phone call may be decreased. I understand that the budget is limited but if possible this could be an area to prioritize. I wish you all the best. It’s really a good clinic and service and nice people. Deserves better reviews and rating. :-)

I thought that the Clinic is inside the mall on level 2 (as per the text message I received), but it is not inside the mall, it is on the street. Go out of the level 2 food court, and turn left, you would see the clinic sign after a few meters. Other than that the nurse and the team were helpful and the clinic is tidy.

staff are good,but to contact them via phone or website is a nightmare. I called for an appointment waiting for more than half hour each time and no answered ,I have to hang up,regardless what time I called in the day, or each time sent emails would get texts asked me to call them or go website. This circle went on for months. Finally booked and see them, later got text to call them back, the phone calls nightmare starts all over again, wasted my mobile data and time , still going no where. Hanged up then ....same circle of texts, call them back....wasted my time and no one answers...still going no where....
