Fast and efficient service from these guys, despite the current circumstances! Everything showed up thoughtfully packaged with bubble wrap, to avoid any movement or damages during the transit process. Highly recommend and will be purchasing all dip products + polish from here in future! Thank-you! :)

Their tip primer is amazing! Customer service and communication also. I had to urgently get nail tip glue for a client appointment the very next day after mine had accidentally been ruined. I called them and I think from ordering online to collecting was about 12 hours! It's clear this company takes a lot of care in their work and we as customers appreciate it so much xx

Very happy with my customer experience! Everything came beautifully and safely packaged and very quickly despite the Easter shipping delays. One of my items was the wrong variant and I messaged customer service and they swiftly replied with a solution to exchange it. They sent me the correct product and it even arrived the next day! Was extremely impressed with the professionalism as these things do happen! I am more than happy to order from GelishNZ again and will do so in the near future!

Doesn't seem like they are really interested in the business. I have called 3 or 4 times and left a message with the operator to call back but never received any call. Disappointing Service :(

Gelish polish is the best. I have tried several other brands (Gelous for example) and Gelish lasts the longest.Recently I had ordered a polish to the wrong address, and I think it was lost by the new home owner. Regardless, Gelish honoured me as their customer and re- sent the colour to my new address. Great customer service. Thank you Gelish!
