Store was not open today waited outside for 20 minutes

Don't have the sense how to talk with their customers. Girl and the guy both abused me and the customer standing over there as well. No more visit to this shop

This store is definitely one of my favourite vape stores around! They always have plenty of stock and great options available! The staff are very polite and helpful! I would like to specifically shout out Mia who gave me great recommendations on products as well as awesome service with a great attitude!I will definitely be back!!

Got there 15 minutes before closing, but didn’t feel like the staff wanted to help at all. Instead of helping me make a decision, they both just stood there and did nothing. If I got some assistance, probably would have bought something. Never coming back to this store again.

My letter to SOSHA - COMPLAINT URGENTI purchased a caption tyro kit last Monday. I came to see you on Wednesday, showing you the vaper does not work. You checked and cleaned it. Still did not work.You told me to replace the coil and check if it would work then. It did not. I just went back to the store to show personnel the problem. Instead of replacing it right away, I’m being pushed into a warranty trail. I find this totally unacceptable since I only just purchased the kit on Monday!This does not reflect very well on the services Shosha provides to its customers. I demand a replacement today. Personnel agreed to arranging that for me, to be collected from the GI outlet. I do not want the same vaper as it has design flaws and is unreliable.I don’t see why it could not be replaced,right there and then, whilst I was in your store just now. This is ridiculous !!!Please contact me ASAPThank you.Regards,Mike
