Hot & Steamy Carpet & Ceiling Cleaning - Auckland

Had this company clean my carpet and upholstery over the weekend. BIG MISTAKE. The technician basically ruined my $3,000 mattress by putting several rips in it with his machine. He was clearly too rough or just didn’t care, probably the latter based on his attitude. When I mentioned all of these rips at the end of the job, he tried to tell me they were already there. I said, I’m not paying for this when you’ve caused irreparable damage to my mattress. The technician left and later that day, James “the boss” starts threatening me with the invoice even though I explained exactly what’d happened along with photos of the damage. He accused me of lying and also tried to tell me the holes/rips were pre-existing, later calling them burn marks. Really???? I bought the mattress brand new from Sleepyhead, it’s not secondhand or off the street at the inorganics. This company have refused to take responsibility and have instead tried to manipulate me into thinking the damage was already there and/or my fault. I would stay far, far away from them.

A highly professional and quality company. James and his team are awesome to deal with and the results of both carpet and couch cleaning were outstanding. They went the extra mile to ensure all marks taken care of and worked around our schedule. Very reasonable prices and just a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

As i write this I’m still amazed at how great our marble coloured couches look after having the cleaning done. The couches had 2 years worth of stains (i have small children) & to be honest they looked awful. Now they honestly look close to brand new. James is professional, knows his stuff & a great guy. He went through the whole before & after process with us which was great! We will 100% use your services again. We booked based on your reviews & you did not disappoint. Thanks James.

OUTSTANDING!!! I've used several carpet cleaners over the years and Hot & Steamy are the best by far. Used first time this week and was blown away with results. My cleaner let me down a few hours before arrival, James came at short notice, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have pet odours or staining this is the gent to use, I cant recommended enough and have already booked him again for next year. EXTREMELY well priced as well. I also couldn't get over how quiet his machine was compared to others, my dogs were not bothered in the slightest. 10/10 :0)

James and his team were very professional - I chose this company based on their excellent reviews and I'm very glad I did.I had a large 20 Year old rug that needed to be cleaned, after the initial clean, it was not at 100% but James offered to send a second technician around 2 days later so we can get it PERFECT. - Very responsive - and I'm very stoked on the final product. James and his team had done professional and excellent carpet cleaning!I was so worried before cos my tenants said they had washed the carpet, but it still looks horrible, watermark, unidentified black dots etc! The outcome make me feel like they can make it possible from impossible!James is really helpful when I told him I need a cleaning urgently, and he sent an expert over in the same day afternoon, the price is fair considering the outcome and all the hard job they had done.Highly recommend, and will ask them next time definitely!Really appriciated it, thank you.
