This pharmacy does not act responsibly because1) it does not state clearly on the site next to the product that it’s not immediately available so you end up paying for it and are informed later that it will be delayed.2) it does not arrange to have items delivered in the shortest possible time. From Parnell to Auckland CBD my order is going through Auckland City Depot and will take 6 days. A distance that is covered in 6 minutes.

Good range of products. BUT its taken three weeks for my order to arrive. I brought items which showed in stock on the website, I was told different stories such as how they are *practioner products* so take longer to process. This I knew they were not. Eventually the truth was that they had to order one item in. I question the short use by dates on some of their vitamins, especially when comparing the same item to having brought it from another pharmacy. Something isn't quiet right.

Excellent customer service!! I had ordered a product that couldn't be supplied due to being out of stock Net Pharmacy was great to deal with, excellent communication & they quickly sent the refund. Very happy with their service.

Ordered monday and received it tuesday. It was really well packaged and they put in sime nice samples. A really lovely shopping experience, will always use them and tell all my friends

Thought this online shopping company was ok but not any longer. Ordered two products one arrived yet paid for two products !! Yet no email nothing to say where my other product is, when it will arrive or were they going to reimburse me.SLACK SLACK SLACK!! My advise buy in a retail shop as at least that way you are going to leave with a product or no it is out of stock.

Items may be a tad pricier but customer service is great. Bought some haircare products but had severe allergic reactions, and Net Pharmacy organised refunds from the producer/ supplier straight away for us. NP definitely cares about their customers :)
