Better selections of shoes and discounts get applied to sale items as well compared to other Hannah's. i.e. buy one and get second pair half price. If you're looking for boots for men, this is the shop to go.

I visited the outlet store in Mt WellingtonIt gets quite busy & I can see why. They had a sale on where everything was under $50. Even the Hannah's website doesn't offer that. Got some awesome leather slides & sandals, ready for summer. Can u tell I'm just wishing for the warmer weather!

Worst customer service received by overweight supervisor at Mt Wellington clearance store. She was unable to perform tasks herself and was insistintly unhelpful and so unkind. Her Co-workers are sweet and deserve a higher position since they know how to treat people well. Can't stand when people stay in jobs they don't actually LOVE!! ❤️

prices were fine but the people were not that kind. i had to say exuse me to a guy to get his attention 3 times, and also they put a shoe price for $80 but the original price was $180. it’s my first time here and i’m surprised on how they treat their customers. very bad and don’t recommend coming here

Nice outlet with good clearance sales. I was after a pair of Hush Puppies & didnt know there was a price difference online & instore. The sales person at the counter was very nice they gave me the online price which is cheaper than the instore price. Very happy with my purchase. Recommended to all.

Got a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. Both very comfy and at great sale prices. Customer service- there's definitely room for improvement. The manager, a very loud guy with an American accent, comes across as arrogant and is condescending and rude to his staff. This made me very uncomfortable.

Excellent price, a lot of choices for outlet shop, but sometimes you need to visit the shop regularly to get proper size
