I never leave Google reviews but I'm at a loss on how to get people to reply in this business. I tried to cancel before my renewal in December and they didn't reply. They then took the funds anyway. I tried again (via phone and email) to get them to cancel with no reply. And they're sending me emails asking me to refer them business... and still no refund of the premiums that I have no use for and tried to cancel before the renewal.

Steer clear, do not use. Attempted to charge my card for an insurance renewal and did not respond to my requests to cancel. Once I got my bank involved, they cancelled pretty fast and replied to my email twice.When they want your business, they use NZ agents. When they want to make it hard to cancel, your email comes automated from Australia.

Cancelled both policies online, to find out Biz Cover still has to call to confirm the cancellation. So I emailed their support email to cancel, no response. Tried to call 4 times, line cut after hanging for +5 minutes. Now I have been charged.
