Nick and his team installed a Rinnai/Brivis gas central heating system at our house a couple of weeks ago (early July) and we are very happy with it. Our villa is quite large and the system we had previously couldn't cope but now our house is lovely and warm. We also experienced excellent communication and customer service. We're very satisfied.

We have been in the process of renovating our house. We chose to install a gas fire as well as swap out the electric hot water for gas.We asked Gas Appliance Services to do the work. Nick first liaised with our builders to ensure construction of the fire cavity was correct, then he and Brooke carried out the installation once everything was ready.We were impressed with the time it took to get all the installation done and how they ensured it worked within the overall renovation. Nick spent time testing everything after to make sure all was well.Very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gas Appliance Services.

Sarah in the office, installers Nick and Joel, I was very impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and they installed our new gas heater on time (in a difficult to access site) and tidied up afterwards! Nick and his team are great! We had a 20 year old central gas machine that needed replacing, we replaced with the new Brivis SP623 along with a new control panel on the wall. The job was done in half a day and Nick showed me how to set up the programme using the control panel and answered all of our questions patiently. He also gave us tips on how to clean the filter and the vents. The quality of the gas heating and installation are awesome and we haven't had any problem, we feel very safe using it. Highly recommend Nick and his team!
