An older model split level  Toshiba AirConditioning/Heat Pump triggered the circuit breaker twice. A Google search led to FeaturEnergy  listed as a Toshiba service agent/dealer. When I contacted the owner Tabreez, I  had a very positive interaction with him on the phone and he offered to inspect the heat pump the following morning prior to his other appointments. He was very punctual, thorough, courteous, communicative, professional, and I cannot fault him. He was happy to share his knowledge of his trade while assessing the heat pump which is seriously getting on! His advice was the heat pump was working as it should and the problem could in fact be the circuit breaker itself needing to be replaced. He could very easily have sold me a new heat pump under the circumstances but he reassured me the installed heat pump was still operating as it should. He even offered to organise an  electrician if the problem with the circuit breaker persisted. As there was nothing wrong with the heat pump, he offered his service without cost. I definitely recommend Tabreeze & FeaturEnergy. Well done!
