Very helpful. Phoned when they were held up and re-booked so we were not waiting and wondering. When they did come, everything was explained and documented. Asked more than once if I had any questions, which I really appreciated. Great service and great product.

We had HRV install our system 14 years ago and it has been invaluable in keeping the house moisture free, no more streaming windows! HRV were back this week to perform the bi-annual service and filter change. Friendly technician completed the service in no time. Excellent business to deal with.

HRV installation and maintenance in our house has been very successful. I have found them open, helpful, considerate and efficient. The repair of a minor sensor was also done quickly and effectively.

Just had the air sense installed with 2 machines in the roof space, Bianca gave us a really good understanding of the features and it knocked the DVS out of contention, HRV has a way better spec, more discreet duct outlets, more economical on power usage and we got the 2 units for less than the price DVS quoted for 1! The installation went smoothly despite us having an 11ft stud height and heaps of insulation in the loft that hid the joists and the installer was very pleasant and efficient, he helped move the furniture to access the loft hatch and vacuumed up after he’d finished. Excellent service!

Came when they said they would. Very careful not to cause any damage in the roof space. Completed the repair without fuss and told us there was no charge as the item was under warranty. You can't ask for more than that.

I have had an HRV in my New Plymouth house since they first came to market and it stood to reason that for my new house in Whangarei I would do the same. Service is great, very fast to organise installation after purchase, friendly staff. Would have no hesitation to do so again.

Highly recommend HRV Northland. They came to look at my system as it wasn’t working. There was multiple options to choose from between repair, replace or upgrade. They were not pushy and gave me information about all options available. Once I choose the option that suited me they spoke about payment plans and not having to pay it all up front. Once that was sorted they completed the job within 3 working days. Arrived on time and finished earlier then originally quoted. I highly recommend them and I would have no hesitation in using them for any future jobs/houses.

It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Every step and communication was right on the money. We were battling moisture/mould build up in our farmhouse with the impotent Moisture Master system. Although there are a number of ventilation systems/products on the market currently, we decided to go with the tried and tested HRV system that was installed in our previous home in Auckland. It never failed us then and the new system is working perfectly the way it should be. Furthermore, what a great edition to the new-look vents and the wifi control feature. Price was reasonable and can't really fault on anything. Our current home is drier and no more moisture on the windows. I would definitely recommend HRV Whangarei Team for your ventilation needs and HRV for drier homes.
